Previous Projects
I initiated a project for
Identification of natural products
for therapy and prevention of cancer and the metabolic syndrome for
developing a new screening technology for discovering natural products
protecting against the metabolic syndrome.
At the
Protein Structure Factory (PSF)
I was responsible for the
construction and characterisation of
E. coli expression clones.
I was taking part in the SFB 633 of the
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (German Research Foundation).
In this project we study E. coli proteins which are potentially involved
in reactive athritis and related disorders (sub-project A4).
